In version 11 "essentials" I only have "Generic" (my cameras colours) or "Color Positive Films". Best for organization and batch editing: Adobe Lightroom CC. When I open in version 9 elite edition I get a drop down in Color>Color Rendering of "Camera Body" and I can choose another cameras colours. With the automatic mask, colours similar to the colours originally selected can also be recognized automatically. DxO PhotoLab is an image editing software that was developed by DxO Labs for PC devices. Then there are photographers and creatives who want the detailed retouching and powerful compositing tools of a traditional photo editor like Adobe Photoshop CC. Update: a TIF exported by LR6 (16-bit, AdobeRGB) behaves the same in OP as the JPEG with regard to Color Rendering options. I can confirm that with a JPG (exported by Lightroom) the behavior you see is also present in Elite Edition.
